TORUS II is a miniature tokamak fusion reactor from the future. It will be powered up for the first time on January 23rd, 2064 and begin retroactive decay, bleeding backwards through time until emerging exactly where it will be built. Unfortunately that is right here, halfway into this wall at Level99. Fortunately the reactor has been found to be mostly* harmless and now provides free energy to half of the city.
* There have only been six recorded incidents of staff being sucked into the future, where they now live happy fully-automated lives. Please keep a safe distance away from the temporal field, and report any observations or incident to @joshuahjest #torus2
